TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The trader will receive a fixed Bonus 50 USD on ACFX discretion.
2. ACFX offers the “no deposit Bonus” to any Client(s) and/or any countries / regions as it deems appropriate and for as long as ACFX deems to provide it.
3. All Eligible Clients are permitted to hold only one (1) “No Deposit Bonus” Account per one (1) unique IP address. Multiple registrations from the same IP are not permitted nor multiple “No Deposit Bonus” Accounts register with same personal details.
4. Profits from trading on “No Deposit Bonus” Accounts may be withdrawn anytime, provided that the trading volume in the relevant real trading Account reaches at least 10 lots and provided that at least 5 round turn trades have been completed.
5. Subject to the provisions set forth above, the minimum amount that can be withdrawn from any account that participates in this “Bonus Scheme” cannot be less than twice the amount of granted “No Deposit Bonus”.(example: amount of “No Deposit Bonus” = 50 USD – min. withdrawal amount = 100 USD) and that in order to be able to withdraw from any such accounts all orders (including pending orders) must be closed.
6. Any withdrawal of funds from a trading account with "no deposit Bonus" will immediately nullify all previously awarded Bonus(es) and will cause all previously awarded Bonus(es) to be withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients real Account with ACFX.
7. All accounts given this "no deposit Bonus" will be changed to the ECNPro USD base groups. Details of account type can be found here.
8. Bonuses cannot be transferred between, or from Eligible Clients’ real trading Accounts with ACFX.
9. In the event that an Account remains inactive until the end of day on 29 January 2016, all awarded Bonus(es) will be immediately withdrawn.
10. No partner’s commissions are paid for trading on Bonus funds.
11. Taking part in the “Bonus Scheme” constitutes acceptance of these general Terms & Conditions and of the Business Terms and Policies set forth on ACFX Website here.
12. The “Bonus Scheme” is dated as of the 14th of January, 2016 and will enter into effect from the 15th of January, 2016 onwards.
13. The company has the right at any time to remove the bonus from the account at its own discretion if the trader tries to arbitrage the bonus, or manipulate the bonus system/campaign. If ACFX suspects that a participant has abused the fair rules of the Bonus by hedging his positions internally (using other trading accounts held with ACFX) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), then ACFX reserves the right to immediate reverse the granted bonus from the Client’s trading account without the consent of the Clients.
14. This Promotion is open to traders that are 18 years of age or older.
15. ACFX retains the right to disqualify a trader and confiscate all profits accumulated from the day the trader participates in the promotion if there are reasonable grounds that the offer is being abused/manipulated in any way.
